Caring for Your Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are designed to look, feel and perform much like your healthy, natural teeth. They are also easy to take care of as part of your daily dental hygiene routine.

Beverly Hills cosmetic dentist is dedicated to helping patients achieve the smiles of their dreams with porcelain veneers and other cosmetic dentistry treatments. If you’re unhappy with the appearance of your smile, please call the office of Kevin Sands, DDS, Cosmetic Dentistry at 310-273-0111 to schedule your personal consultation.

Although porcelain veneers are resistant to stains, it is critical to maintain regular dental care. Food particles and plaque can accumulate on and around the teeth to which porcelain veneers are bonded.

It is important to brush at least twice daily using a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brushing should be followed with flossing at least once a day to remove lingering food particles between your teeth and around your porcelain veneers.

Dr. Sands will review your care guidelines with you in detail prior to the placement of your porcelain veneers.
